Riyadh Metro Offline works without an account. Its route network, fares, service times and maps are bundled with the app for offline use.

Common questions
Why can’t I see live train arrivals?
The app is designed as an offline journey planner. It provides bundled network, route, fare and service-window information rather than live arrivals or disruption alerts.
How do I change language or dark mode?
Open Settings and choose English or العربية, then choose Light, Dark or System appearance.
How do I change advertising privacy choices?
Where required and available, open Settings and select Privacy choices. On iOS or Android you can also manage advertising and tracking permissions in the device’s privacy settings.
How do I request deletion of my data?
Riyadh Metro Offline has no user accounts and RoarApps does not store names, email addresses, journey searches or saved routes on its servers. To request deletion of any support correspondence or app-related analytics and diagnostic data that can reasonably be linked to your request, email roarapps@gmail.com with the subject “Riyadh Metro Offline Data Deletion”. State whether your request concerns Android, iOS or a previous support email. We will verify the scope, delete data we control within 30 days, and confirm completion. Records required for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance may be retained only for the applicable required period. You can delete on-device preferences immediately by uninstalling the app or clearing its app data.
How do I report incorrect station or service information?
Email support with the station name, line, direction and the source you used. We will review it for a future data update.

Service times, fares and station access can change. Check the RCRC public transport project and RCRC Open Data — Riyadh Metro stations when timing or access is critical. Riyadh Metro Offline is an independent journey-planning app. It does not represent or have any affiliation with RCRC or any Saudi government entity.
